Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the truck dispatching services provided by Best Dispatch Service LLC (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By using our services, you agree to abide by these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Dispatch Services

We provide professional truck dispatching services, which may include:

  • Load sourcing and booking from authorized platforms
  • Rate negotiation with brokers
  • Driver coordination and communication
  • Document submission and handling (e.g., BOLs, rate confirmations)
  • Compliance guidance related to transportation regulations

2. Carrier Requirements

To use our services, carriers must:

  • Be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts
  • Possess active MC and DOT numbers
  • Hold valid insurance coverage (cargo and liability)
  • Maintain proper licensing and registration
  • Consent to share necessary documents for dispatching purposes

3. Service Agreement

Before dispatching begins, both parties must sign a dispatch service agreement outlining:

  • Scope of services
  • Payment arrangements
  • Confidentiality and liability clauses
  • Mutual responsibilities and expectations

4. Payment and Fees

  • Service fees are agreed upon in your dispatch contract (fixed or percentage-based)
  • Payments must be made via approved methods (ACH, wire, etc.)
  • Late or missed payments may result in suspended services or penalties
  • No refunds once dispatch work has commenced on a load

5. Disclaimer and Liability

We work diligently to secure the best available loads and maintain communication. However, we are not liable for:

  • Freight delays, cancellations, or damage
  • Broker payment issues or disputes
  • Compliance failures or legal violations by carriers
    You remain fully responsible for the execution of the freight transport.

6. SMS Terms & Conditions

Best Dispatch Services LLC

a- SMS Consent Communication:

The information (Phone Numbers) obtained as part of the SMS consent process will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

b- Types of SMS Communications:

If you have consented to receive text messages from Best Dispatch Service LLC, you may receive messages related to Delivery Notification, such as

  • Scheduling
  • Notification
  • Appointment reminders
  • Follow-up messages

Example: “Hello, this is a friendly reminder of Follow-up messages For Delivery in New York on 08-20-2025 at 10:00 AM. You can reply STOP to opt out of SMS messaging from Best Dispatch Services LLC at any time.”

c- Message Frequency:
Message frequency may vary. You may receive up to 50 SMS messages per week regarding your Scheduling, Notification, Appointment reminders and Follow-up messages

d- Potential Fees for SMS Messaging:

Please note that standard message and data rates may apply, depending on your carrier’s pricing plan. These fees may vary if the message is sent domestically or internationally.

e- Opt-In Method:

You may opt-in to receive SMS messages from Best Dispatch Service LLC in the following ways:

f- Opt-Out Method:

You can opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time. To do so, simply reply “STOP” to any SMS message you receive. Alternatively, you can contact us directly to request removal from our messaging list.

g- Help:

Additional Options:
